We develop a unique, personal profile for you that highlights your personal information, your athletic accomplishments and stats, your academic statistics and ranking, your extra-curricular accomplishments and participation and your goals for college. We accompany this with a simple, to the point, introductory letter for the coaches you plan to send the profile and letter to.
Lastly, we supply you with an information booklet to help you keep track of contacts with coaches and schools, to log the information you receive and to help keep track of what each coach and school is offering you to attend their institution.
Option # 2 $250.00
We develop your profile and cover letter and provide the information booklet for the management of your communications with the coaches. We also help you determine and define the schools you might want to attend and which schools you intend to market yourself to.
The resulting database of schools we will provide you will include coach names, email addresses, telephone numbers, street addresses, school division type (e.g., I, II, III) enrollment statistics for each school (men and women), average high school class rank of current students, average SAT score, average ACT score, room and board costs and tuition costs. The database is included on a CD disk in Excel format so you can sort by any criteria you choose (e.g., state, enrollment size, SAT or ACT, etc.).
With the disc and the profile and cover letter, you are now ready to produce the letters and send them to all of the coaches.
Option #3 $500.00
Everything we offer in Option #2, plus we send the emails, print, sort and mail the letters directly (snail mail) to the coaches from you.
In effect, we do all the marketing of you to the coaches and schools (USPS mail limited to 100 schools, over 100 is additional charge).
